Submit a short inquiry form and tell us about your recipient and your gifting needs. Within 24 hours, we’ll send you an initial estimate based on the information you shared.
consultation
Because each gift is personally curated for you and your recipient, a quick phone call often helps us to understand your needs and ideas for the perfect gift box. We find it’s very helpful, but it is optional.
curation
We carefully select thoughtful items and then present you with two to three options, which can be adjusted, if needed. Once you make a final selection, we collect a 50% non-refundable retainer fee, applied to your finalized order.
the magic begins
The Box Ladies source the selected gift items and begin production. Throughout the process, we share designs and mock-ups for your input, and you’ll receive the final design for approval prior to fulfillment.
fulfillment
We personally assemble your gift box, giving attention to the smallest of details. Upon completion, the remaining 50% is required, and then we schedule delivery.
